ELBOW TERRIAN
One Step Sparring:

Basic: Must make up 5 one-steps on your own with your instructors approval for testing 

Advanced (with takedowns): Must make up 5 one-steps on your own with your instructors approval for testing 

 


  • All defenses taught are Last Resort ? Hurt and Run Techniques!

  • Use all Defenses taught in accordance with the LAW! 

  • All Defenses taught will be Takedowns and follow up Techniques!

SPARRING AND MULTIPLE SPARRING

  1. Will be required on Exam
  2. Multiple Sparring will be against 5 people.

Students must have all the required equipment to participate in sparring classes and for testing!

Required Equipment is as follows:

?       Head Gear

?       Sparring Gloves

?       Sparring Boots

?       Shin Guards

?       Mouth Guard

?       Cup & Supporter for male students

Students will NOT be allowed to participate without proper equipment for their safety and the safety of the other students!

BOARD BREAKING

Students testing for their 1st Degree Black Belt will be required to do 6 breaks of which three of them are hand breaks and three of them are foot breaks.
