  • All Defenses taught will be with Takedowns and follow up Techniques!

SPARRING AND MULTIPLE SPARRING

  1. Will be required on Exam
  2. Multiple Sparring will be against 2 people.

Students must have all the required equipment to participate in sparring classes and for testing!

Required Equipment is as follows:

?       Sparring Gloves

?       Sparring Boots

?       Shin Guards

?       Mouth Guard

?       Cup & Supporter for male students

Students will NOT be allowed to participate without proper equipment for their safety and the safety of the other students!

BOARD BREAKING

Students testing for their 3rd Degree Brown Belt will be required to do 3 breaks of which two of them are hand breaks and one foot break or two foot breaks and one hand break.
