MARTIAL ARTS :
We provide a wide variety of programs for all interest and skill
levels. We specialize in working with children that are ADD, BD and LD.
Promotions are based on Tae Kwon Do, but what you learn is so much more...!
Our traditional programs consist of the following:
Tae Kwon Do - This is our fundamental style taught.
Our belt rankings are based on this Korean art.
- Mixed Martial Arts Survival Tactics - Our program consists of techniques from
Tae Kwon Do and many other art forms (Wushu, Judo, Kali, Muay Tai, Hapkido).
Weapons - We are proficient at many different weapons
based on the Filipino Martial Arts (stick and knife) and Chinese Wushu's contemporary
weapons routines. Weapons are taught with self-defense application and as well as
routines for competition.
Sparring - We have a
progressional format that takes a beginning student through basic combinations (light
contact), to an advanced student learning advanced combinations (medium and full contact)
with the added bonus of ground fighting (grappling).
Kata (Forms) - forms are required for belt ranking in our Tae Kwon Do system. We also
teach International Wushu routines and Freestyle Competition routines.
FITNESS:
AEROBICS WITH AN ATTITUDE!
- Boot Camp - An intense fitness workout utilizing medicine balls and dumb bells in a vigorous calisthenics regiment. Change your normal workout!
- One-on-one Fitness Kickboxing - "Where you train like a fighter without the fighting."
